I believe the documents are in Czech language (with a few Ukraine corollary phrases). I need to know what the page Title and individual columns are in English. Otherwise, I don't know how to process the the entries in each column.

I only need two pages translated. I can provide PDF of each. Or, someone can view the pages and send me the translations. Here is link to the documents:

NOTE: These pages were culled out from the original. They are for BIDZILYA surname of my maternal grandfather.

One page is titled Popisny harok with two accent marks - one over letter "y" and one over letter "a". The other page is titled Prehl'ad scitachieho obvodu. There is an inverted carat mark over the first letter c in scitachieho.
